{"id":3997,"date":"2024-07-19T11:10:48","date_gmt":"2024-07-19T09:10:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.illva.com\/?p=3997"},"modified":"2024-07-19T11:18:15","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T09:18:15","slug":"illvas-future-project-with-universities-dedicated-to-corporate-sustainability-projects-continues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.illva.com\/en\/2024\/07\/19\/illvas-future-project-with-universities-dedicated-to-corporate-sustainability-projects-continues\/","title":{"rendered":"ILLVA\u2019S FUTURE: PROJECT WITH UNIVERSITIES DEDICATED TO CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS CONTINUES"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\">[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4001&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][wgl_spacing spacer_size=&#8221;30&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>ILLVA\u2019s Future<\/strong><span>, which got started at the beginning of the year, is a project involving Illva Saronno Holding and universities in a series of events dedicated to\u00a0<\/span><strong>sustainability<\/strong><span>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span><strong>empowerment<\/strong><span>\u00a0of young talent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The first of these projects, which will see the participation of\u202fthe\u202ftalented students\u202fof\u202fthe\u00a0<\/span><strong>24 Ore Business School<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>MBA Master<\/strong><span>\u00a0course,\u202fis about\u202fthe development of a\u202fcomprehensive\u202fplan\u202ffor a sustainable business\u202fwith specific focus\u202fon\u202four spirits brands. We thus closely followed the various stages of this project work, involving master\u2019s students and gathering their impressions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In the first video interviews collected at the end of the day\u2019s visit and briefing in the company, the students of the\u00a0<\/span><strong>Master MBA of 24 Ore Business School<\/strong><span>\u00a0told about their expectations and the importance of accepting a concrete challenge with determination.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>The second part of the interviews was collected at the handover: in an intense afternoon full of innovative ideas, the students of the\u00a0<\/span><strong>Master Mba of 24 Hour Business School<\/strong><span>\u00a0presented in Illva Saronno Holding their projects focused on sustainability, demonstrating a deep understanding of the company\u2019s values and objectives. Each proposal was an inspiration and a confirmation of the potential of these young talents, their strong environmental awareness and constant aptitude for finding practical solutions to increasingly topical challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>June also saw the start of a new collaboration with\u00a0<\/span><strong>students from the Food Science and Technology course at the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Milano (University of Milan)<\/strong><span>, who had the opportunity to visit Illva Saronno Holding\u2019s headquarters, with a special focus on the<\/span><strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>Illva Saronno Flavours Division<\/strong><span>\u00a0and our<\/span><strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>Innovation Center<\/strong><span>.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>During the visit, we illustrated the processes that we have optimised over the years to attain and guarantee high standards of quality, starting from the selection of raw materials used for Illva Saronno Holding\u2019s products. We hope that this marks the start of a collaboration with the\u00a0<\/span><strong>Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Milano (University of Milan)<\/strong><span>\u00a0to identify new opportunities for waste utilisation, more specifically as regards the use of the\u00a0<\/span><strong>secondary products<\/strong><span>\u00a0generated by our extraction processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The aim of this collaboration with the\u00a0<\/span><strong>Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Milano (University of Milan)<\/strong><span>\u00a0is a confirmation of\u00a0<\/span><strong>ILLVA\u2019s Future\u2019s<\/strong><span>\u00a0purpose: to work together with young talents to build a real sustainable future for all the resources involved, imagining positive and concrete job prospects in<\/span><strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>Illva Saronno Holding<\/strong><span>\u00a0companies.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leading companies are adding new talent to support a digital operating model.
