[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”2687″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][wgl_spacing spacer_size=”30″][vc_column_text]In mid February of 2021 Illva Saronno Holding launched\u00a0<\/span>Illva Careers<\/strong>, the new company Employer Branding project, creating two basic tools for the selection of new talents to welcome into the group:<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Illvacareers.com<\/strong>, the new web platform that puts the holding\u2019s companies in contact with ideal candidates through job listings, offering the chance to send in applications spontaneously;<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Illva Careers\u2019 Path<\/strong>, a program Illva Saronno set up in collaboration with the\u00a0<\/span>Monster Italia\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>employment agency and with leading Italian universities for the purpose of identifying new talents to introduce into the holding\u2019s various business sectors.<\/p>\n

The first step in the selection process organized in partnership with the universities included a presentation about Illva Saronno to fresh graduates and students about to graduate in diverse professional fields to see which of them might be interested. During the encounters, which took place online in the form of\u00a0<\/span>Talent Live Days<\/strong>, CEO Stefano Battioni and three young talents representing the many who work for the group (Letizia Colella \u2013 R&D Illva Saronno Holding; Arianna Signorelli \u2013 IT Specialist; Irene Della Corte \u2013 On Trade Marketing Manager UK) spoke in order to offer an idea not only about what it\u2019s like to work there but also about what career opportunities are available at Illva Saronno.<\/p>\n

As for the second step in the Illva Careers\u2019 Path process, the CV (resum\u00e9s) which came in were carefully examined so as to identify the candidates most in sync with the needs of the group\u2019s companies. In late July the ones chosen will be invited to attend an event at the beginning of October during which, in addition to seeing the various units of the actual workplace, they will work in groups on real business themes in order to experience firsthand how things are done.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At the end of the event, Illva Saronno will select the candidates to whom will be offered a six-month internship. During that period they will assist company employees and perform tasks consistent with what they have learned in college.<\/p>\n

Starting from the data gathered during the first five months, with\u00a0<\/span>880<\/strong>+<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>requests to participate\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>and approximately\u00a0<\/span>200 actual participants<\/strong>\u00a0in the Talent Live Days on March 18th and May 20th, the\u00a0<\/span>Illva Careers\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>project has proven to be an effective tool for seeking out and selecting future talents and for offering concrete job\/career opportunities to young university graduates.
